Privacy

We know you may be using this site at a difficult time. In short: what you type and any photo you add stay in your own browser. We do not have accounts, we do not see your order of service, and we do not use tracking cookies.

What stays on your device

The names, dates, words and photo you enter are used only inside your browser to build the preview and the PDF. Nothing is uploaded to us. Your work is saved in your browser’s own storage (called “local storage”) so you can close the page and come back later. Photos are resized and their hidden details (such as location data) are removed on your device.

To remove everything, use “Clear everything from this device” at the bottom of the form, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

No accounts, no tracking

There is nothing to sign up for. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or social media widgets, and we do not sell or share personal information. Fonts and tools are served from this site, not from third parties.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare handles basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attack. This is not linked to anything you type into the form, which never leaves your device.

Payments (once they open)

Clean downloads will be sold through Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues your receipt and handles VAT, and processes your name, email address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive a record of the sale (such as your name, email and order number) so we can help if something goes wrong.

When you paste your licence key into the site, only that key is sent to Lemon Squeezy to check it. Your order of service is never sent.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information we hold about you (usually none, or only your purchase record), and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Who we are and how to contact us

Order of Service Maker is made by CellAndPound in the United Kingdom. A contact email address will be added to this page before payments open. Once you have bought, your Lemon Squeezy receipt email will also include our contact details.
