We want your order of service to be right. You can always check everything first with the free watermarked preview and proof, before you pay.

14-day refund if the PDF doesn’t work

If your clean PDF doesn’t work – for example it won’t open, it doesn’t print properly, or the pages come out in the wrong order and we can’t help you put it right – you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying.

How to ask

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds are made through them back to the card or account you paid with. Use the contact details in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or contact us, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We will try to help fix the file first if you would like, but you never have to accept that instead of a refund. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Anything else

If something else isn’t right, please get in touch anyway. We will always try to be kind and fair. None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer.
